PRANIC MEDITATIONS 


1. TWIN HEART MEDITATION

Preparation:

Do Physical Exercises to tune-up the body
Do seven sets of balancing breathing ( 6-3-6-3 ) - start with breathing in through the right nostril.
Invocation for divine blessing
‘I am the Soul’ affirmation
Connect the tongue to the upper palate.

Procedure:

  1. Activate the Heart Chakra. Concentrate and be aware of the front Heart Chakra and bless the earth with loving-kindness. (You may use the prayer of St. Assisi)
  2. Activate the Crown Chakra. Concentrate and be aware of the Crown Chakra and bless the earth with loving-kindness.
  3. Meditate and bless the earth simultaneously through the Heart and Crown Chakras.
  4. Gently imagine a brilliant white light or Golden light on the crown. Meditate on the light.
  5. During item 4, silently chant OM…, Meditate on the chanting, and then meditate on the interval. Simultaneously be aware of the light.
  6. Be aware of the inner stillness, inner peace and the bliss. Relax and LET GO…
  7. After about 10 minutes, return very gently to your body. Release excess energy by blessing and by rooting.
  8. Give thanks.
  9. Further releasing of excess energy through physical exercises and by massaging.


2. MEDITAION ON BLUE PEARL

Preparation:

Do Physical Exercises to tune-up the body
Do seven sets of balancing breathing ( 6-3-6-3 ) - start with breathing in through the right nostril.
Invocation for divine blessing
‘I am the Soul’ affirmation
Connect the tongue to the upper palate.

Procedure:
  1. 1. Locate the seed of consciences
              (Above the tip of the tongue, above the upper palate, deep in the centre of the head at a point of intersection of a line connecting the upper tips of left and right ears and a line connecting the centre of the eyebrows and back of head is the position of pineal gland and the approximate position of the Blue pearl - the seed of consciences.)
  2. Concentrate and be aware of the seed. Gently explore the inner stillness, inner peace and the bliss. DO NOT WILL, just be aware, and the stillness, peace and bliss will be automatic.

  1. Concentrate and be aware of the inner stillness, inner peace and the bliss.
  2. Imagine a Golden flame. Concentrate and be aware of the golden flame, inner stillness, inner peace and the bliss. LET GO AND FLOW…

  1. While item 3, silently chant OM … meditate on Om… and then, on the interval between the chantings       (for 5 minutes)

  1. Return to normal.

  1. Release the excess energy by blessing, rooting, distributive sweeping or massage.
  2. Give thanks.
